Fitness Central

Established in January 2014, Fitness Central is a 24/7 all-inclusive, handicap accessible fitness center. We offer access to a safe, clean facility featuring HammerStrength free weights, cable motion weights, LifeFitness cardio machines with TVs, and numerous group exercise classes including group cycling on 18 bikes.

Our mission at Fitness Central is to non-judgmentally deliver the highest possible level of care with empathy and understanding. We strive to guide our members along a path of optimal health and wellness for life.

We aim to continuously and relentlessly pursue excellence through continuing education, personal and team growth. We strive to treat our members and employees with respect and individualism. We will do our best to respect our members’ time and to accept our members as partners in their wellness.
