Established in January 2014, Fitness Central is a 24/7 all-inclusive, handicap accessible fitness center. We offer access to a safe, clean facility featuring HammerStrength free weights, cable motion weights, LifeFitness cardio machines with TVs, and numerous group exercise classes including group cycling on 28 bikes.
Our mission at Fitness Central is to non-judgmentally deliver the highest possible level of care with empathy and understanding. We strive to guide our members along a path of optimal health and wellness for life.
